Privacy Policy

How we think about your information, with the same calm care we bring to the commute.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

CommuCircle (“we”, “us”) builds a trusted daily commute platform. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Plain language is intentional.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect contact details you provide (such as name, email, and organization), messages you send through our contact channels, and basic technical data needed to operate a secure website (such as browser type and approximate region derived from network requests).

Why we collect it

  • To respond to partnership and support inquiries
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website
  • To prepare future membership circles with care
  • To meet legal obligations where they apply

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers who help us host email or infrastructure, under agreements that limit how they may use your data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect people from serious harm.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it when practical.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided by emailing privacy@commucircle.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our marketing site is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Updates

When this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
